This page explains how users of the Suchitra Attendance app can request deletion of their account and what records may be retained for operational, audit, or legal reasons.

1. How to request deletion

Users can request account deletion by contacting the support team using the email address or phone number listed below. Please include your registered mobile number, email address, and any identifying employee details so the account can be located accurately.

If your organization provides access through an administrator, you may also submit the deletion request through your authorized admin contact.

2. What is deleted

  • User profile and login access associated with the account.
  • Registered device association and notification token linked to the account where applicable.
  • Uploaded media or supporting files that are not required to be retained for audit or legal obligations.

3. What may be retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for attendance operations, fraud prevention, audit trails, dispute handling, compliance, or other legal obligations.

Examples may include attendance logs, approval history, violation/explanation records, report entries, and other audit evidence already captured as part of organizational operations.

4. Request processing time

Verified deletion requests are typically reviewed and processed within 7 to 15 working days, subject to identity confirmation and any required retention checks.
